Who is responsible

FRITS AI ApS is the data controller. Registered in Denmark, CVR 45733785, Nyhavn 38, 1051 København K, Denmark. You can reach us any time through our contact form.

What we collect, and why

  • Contact form: your name, e-mail, company and message — used only to read and reply to your enquiry.
  • Jobs form: your name, country, e-mail, and whatever you choose to tell us about your interests and experience — used only to consider you for roles at FRITS AI and to get in touch when the areas you care about match what we need.

Please don't include sensitive personal details (for example about health, religion or political views) in the free-text fields — we don't need them.

Our lawful basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by choosing to submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to you and in recruiting. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); doing so does not affect anything we did while it was still given.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and a short period afterwards. We keep job expressions of interest for 12 months, after which we delete them — unless we are in active conversation with you, or you have asked us to keep them on file for longer.

Who else is involved

Messages are delivered and stored through Microsoft 365, which acts as our processor for e-mail. This website itself runs on servers located in the EU (Germany). We do not sell or rent your data, we do not share it for advertising, and — as noted above — the site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form — and you can withdraw consent. To do any of these, just tell us through our contact form and we'll take care of it.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
